i stumbled on this site accidentally looking for a guide to the reccomended time of the cam belt replacement on a space runner.
i've owned a 1995 space runner for 4 yrs and i's just sailed thru it's 4th mot. YAY! i wasnt sure if the cam belt had been replaced so i've just had it done at the cost of £172. not bad i thought and a good prevention as i love my car. i got it at 79000 miles and the clock now reads 101,000. Its very reliable and the most costly work i've had done was track rod ends combined with 2 tyres and a service totalling £301. the only niggly problem i have is the courtesy lights seem to blow very often, typically every 2 months, any ideas anyone? i've enquired at the garage, but they make that breath intake noise and shake there heads and say that's an electricians territory, at which pont i make a hasty retreat! i'll chek the site again soon.
