eck racing kinda scares me, ive been in my brother's mr2 in a highway and it wasnt so fun when he hit 120, i mean having the turbo on the car is cool, but as you guys said, just keep it on the tracks because its not worth risking a life >_<

My friend has an older Jeep Grand Cherokee (Flowmaster cat back). Boxier model. Hes tellin me he will beat my 97 eclipse RS( Full cat back, performance plug wires and plugs). Now i no ive got a slower vehicle than my grandpa's scooter but who would win. (of course well go to a track so he doesn't bit** about not knowing the road were racing on or something like that)

West Palm Beach huh? Wow, talk about memories. I disagree with the point you all make on street racing. It is a risk yes, but only if the driver makes it a risk. I have street raced all hrs of the day for about 4 yrs now. I have yet to be in an accident, I think more clearly when I'm pumped during a race and before the race. I have had 4 accidents on normal driving hell, driving under 50 mph. Now please tell me again how much risk I impose when I have more wrecks doing normal day to day driving under the speed limit and all. I know all about west palm TaNk, I lived there for awhile when I had my truck, I than moved on to an SRT4. I live on the edge and if no1 can take that for what it is so be it, hell, I'm in the army and currently deployed to afghanistan... is that not enough risk in my life? I love speed, and I can out drive every person I have yet to come across, to me, it's who's the better and more skilled driver. It takes alot more skill on the street than at a drag strip. Let me also add if they had more tracks and didn't charge an arm and a leg to run the track, you would have less people street racing. That's my 2 cents, do what you wish but don't bother tryin to flame cuz I enjoy street racing. My friend was in a wheel chair for 8 months and docs. told him he wouldn't walk again... know why? His tire on his srt4 blew on a canyon run in Cali... he still is rdy to get back into it but with a car that can handle more. Thanks....

I like to rev up my engine and then the light turns green just drive normal and watch the person think he won. HAHA. We have gotten a lot of people wanting to race in my little town. Kids getting ricer like cars. They all ask me to race but I'll do it once in awhile. So I would say I race when I feel like it which isn't very often. If my car was faster then I would on the track. I found a track thats about an hour from me.
