I hate to ask a dumb question, but did you look in the owner's manual?

I doubt that it can be changed. I think that speedometers HAVE to display both mph and kph. My analog is kph and the digital is mph. Most cars have both units displayed on the analog speedometer, but the eclipse doesn't, so the analog and digital would have to display different units.
