Hold down the lock button on your key for a couple seconds and the windows will roll up and sun roof (if you have one) will close. You can interupt the window roll up process by a single press of the lock button on the key (you can't stop the sun roof from closing once the motion is in place.)

A quick double press of the lock button on your key will close your side mirrors, the opposite is true for opening them. (by the way the mirrors if closed will open automatically after the rev counter reaches about 20-30 km while driving).

As for the factory security system if opened without being disarmed the horns will continue sounding until disarmed. I believe if you open the doors without disarming the alarm you can prevent the noise of the horn by quickly inserting the key and turning to ACC or a complete start of the engine.
