I need to replace the bulb in my foglights, but I'm unable to remove the plastic bezel covering it. The manual shows as if I just have to pull, but it doesn't come out. There's a screw in the top middle, but I can't take it out. It just unscrews and unscrews and unscrews and never comes out. Can anyone shine some light on me please.

[FONT=Times][SIZE=7]Hello... When I installed my OEM foglights a couple months ago I had to get a good grip on the bezel and pull...IT WILL COME OUT!!! Then there's 3 screws behind the bezel that holds the foglight housing in place. As for the screw that never comes out...chances are thats the adjusment screw for that foglight. So when you do install it you will more than likely find it out of adjustment.

Any tips on how? Or do you know where the clips (if any) are located? I get a good grip, but it always feel like I'm going to brake it.

What year is your truck...If you keep pulling it will come off. I understand how that feels but believe it or not it only 2 or 3 clips thats holding it in. The bezel fits into 2 or 3 holes that you can't see, so just keep PULLING and WIGGLING>>>>PRESTO its out. Afterwards you are not going to believe how easy it is to replace the buld. Also, you might consider changing/upgrading both bulds to H-1's they are brighter and the fit.

2004 XLS.
And I am putting H1s. I thought those were the original size. No? I asked Auto Zone to check the book, and it's register as H1 bulbs. I can see two of the prongs. I will try it again today. Thanks. I'll let you know how it goes.

Well, that didn't work. I kept pulling, and I did hear one click from one side, but it was still stuck. I don't want to pull any harder cause it feels like the bumper is going to come out loose. The bezel didn't seem to move any with all the effort, but I pushed back in and heard it click back, so I'm not sure if my foglights are different, but mine apparently has some kind of snap or lock. I'm just going to go ask the dealership on Monday. Thank you though for everything.
