Hi:
Does it happen in Drive? Could be your engine mounts are worn out, but at only 60,000 miles it's not likely. If it only happens when the car is in reverse, then it might be your transmission needs work. What exactly did they do when you had it tuned up? Need more details. Cheers.
Michael

if you had your 60K done, your source of vibration is an incorrectly timed timing belt. Or more specifically, an out of synch balance shaft.
Where did you get it done? Ive seen this happen literally a thousand times, all from independant shops. No one seems to be capable of actually READING the correct way to time the balance shafts (which require more than just lining up a timing mark).
you will need to take it back to where it was done, and explain that the balance shafts are now AMPLIFYING vibration due to being out of synch. And you will probably need to explain to these idiots that you CANNOT just line timing marks up.

of course, Im just guessing... but your description pretty much tells the tale.
