i wouldn't mold that front bumper if I were you. they crack constantly from highway winds. If you even bump it on something or scrape it will crack the mold that way too.

if it is already molded then don't worry about it. just keep an eye on it and try not to scrape on things

did you use tiger hair, or fiberglass matting?

was it a dry mat with a fiberglass resin that you have to add a catalyst drop? if so, and this is the only base you used, it probably will crack unless you did around 3-4 layers.

I could be wrong and it may never crack depending on how you drive and your area. I wouldn't worry about it until it happened. if it does happen use a 5 1/4 inch grinder and a cutting wheel. cut out a stitch pattern in the fiberglass and into the metal(one slice/stitch every 1/2 inch). smear tiger hair fiberglass mixture into the stitches, push hard to penetrate the slices. once this has hardened(with or without heat gun) put your matting over top in two layers. use putty to smooth. should never crack again until you hit something big.

here you can see the gap between the headlight and the bumper... this is gonna be the big challenge to fix :/

My twin brother seam sealed his body kit to his CRX and it looked excellent...

Although when winter came around and temperatures dropped below freezing the paint and seams cracked and splintered as the body kit flexed. It is a really good look but if you’re not in a constantly warm climate I wouldn’t tempt the chance at it because like Pewee said it will look like hell.
