i am a happy owner of a 2002Outlander...very occasionally the accelrator paddle stuck...... i cant find out why...... when ever i went to the dealer with this complain it never stuck there surprized....... :D

HI Morgan intersting thing........... your paddle is afraid of your dealer....... haha.......is your climate is very cool. i mean very low temprature is often there.....as it happens in the very low temprature the ice builds up in the throttle valves and it stuck the accelrator paddle. i think it may b the reason....

yes ........... temprature is often very low below zero level........ you are right i have checked the throttle valves at the time when paddle was stuck........ there was ice in the valve.... so what is the solution to it.
