I was able to get my codes just by calling the dealership with the serial number off the deck and my car's VIN....

Entering the code however...I'm having a hard time. If you know the correct procedure for entering the code...would you give me some tips...I've tried everything I can think of and the code still dosen't seem to be working. Thanks

Security code input procedure

Return the power supply from the battery to the normal condition.
Place the ignition key in the “ACC” position.
Press the power knob button to power up the radio and the display will show as follows:

"codE” or “CODE”

Press NO.1 through NO. 4 memory select button to set the four-digit security code. Every time each digit key is pressed, the figure changes as follows:

Example:
Let us assume your code is 1342:

Press Preset memory button (Preset memory buttons are the buttons used to store your favorite radio stations) #1 to display 1 one time, Press preset button #2 three times to display #3 Press preset button #3 four times to display #4 and Press preset button #4 two times to display #2.

Press the TAPE or CD button, and a beep will be heard and the audio system will be in the operating condition. If the security codes do not match, “1Err” is shown on the display. In a few seconds, it will change to “codE” (Type 2: “CODE”)> so repeat the steps 4 and 5.

NOTE: If a mistake is made during input of the security code, the anti-theft system will allow up to three attempts to enter the correct code.
The second error is displayed as “2Err”. When the third error is made, “3Err” is displayed and then the display changes to “oFF” (Type 2: “OFF”). If this should occur, the unit will not operate.

1. You must leave the radio on for one hour before trying again.
2. You must have the key in the ACC or ON position and wait for one hour while the radio is turned on.

hope it works :D
