Hello everybody,
I have a Colt Cz3 1.3 invite SR for 3 month and I have a problem with a noise which comes from rear seat. After some effort to find out what occurs this noise, I discover that this noise comes from right rear seat-belt when I go over a bump.
Have anyone this problem?
Additionally, when the car accelerates slowly I have a different noise from the same place. The same noise appears just little before the car stops.

What kind of noise are you getting? I only ask because there's a really irritating squeek coming from that area in my 2005 model colt. Can't make it out though. It happens when I go over a bump or rough road. It's got to the point where I just turn up the music so I can't hear it.

a guess
this maybe the inertia mechanisim of the seatbelt that locks the belt in an accident
or the plastic trim problem
from under the car an exhaust rubber mount or suspension bush

is it like a like squeak noise.
Maybe could even be described as a twang. I get that from that area.
Almost sounds like a spring if you know what I mean. drives me crazy!!

well I took my car to mitsubishi and asked them to sort the annoying noise. They did as well. Unofrtunately I don't know what they did as they didn't tell me but I have noticed they have greased all the mecahnism for folding and sliding the rear seat.
Its lovely and quiet now :amen:
