I need to know if the 3.8 Mivec is a fly by or drive by throttle system? this will help out alot in doing a custom turbo. anyone know?

you mean is it driven mechanically by a cable, or electronically by the ECM?

its electronically controlled.

all new mitsus use an electronic drive-by-wire system, except the evolution and base lancer (the ralliart DOES have it).
