Does anybody know where the amp for the sub is on the GS with sun and sound?
I think I heard that it was in the rear left quarter panel. but when you follow the cable it looks like it goes off to the right. If the weather is good this weekend i'm planning to rip my baby apart. I already blew the sub after 2 weeks, LOL I'm waiting on a replacement from the dealer. I'm thinking about adding a 12 inch sub.

S&S does not do it for me. :(

GT subs/amp are in the left back of the trunk. guessing GS's are the same?

It seems this is not the case with the GS's.

I saw it under the Passenger seat. When I first checked under the seat I thought it was the heater. Doh.

I'm pretty sure I saw it under the passenger seat near the rear-left area when I was climbing in the car through the hatch. :nahrung034:

Has anybody else tried to add to the sun and sound or is everybody content with it? I would have started from scratch but I wanted the sun roof.

no its not. the amp is in the front of the car, passenger side, on next to the door, remove the kick panal and you will see it, silver about 8 inches wide, where there are plugs going into and out of it

The amp is only on the Sun and Sound Rockford system, not the base model GS, FYI. No amp on the stocker system.
