im having the same problem... if your familiar with the egr vacuum hoses... you can blow them out with an air compressor... the blower tip... if you dont have a compressor talk to your friends.... come up with a blower tip (sears... auto zone... the like.) then take those hoses off in the back of the engine... theres a lot of em... if you look at the bottom right of your hood there is a hose diagram, go from the egr valve all the way up to the exhaust, well take the hoses off blow the tubes, hoses then spray some carb cleaner, then blow it again, the circuit gets clogged with carbon, so it may need some maintenance, this way you can do it yourself, id suggest getting it done though.... much less of a pain in the ****

im gonna have to agree with that, i see that code all the time, and usually just run a good de-carb product (BG) through it and it cleans it all out... might have to take off the egr valve and scrub the ports out in the intake manifold if just the carb cleaner doesnt work.. :beer:
