Hi,

Today morning, while I was driving my FTO early in the morning, the car came to a stall when it was still moving with a speed of 80 kmph after I rev the engine to the redline and shifted from first to second gear...

1) the car stopped at the traffic light
2) traffic light turns green
3) stepped on the accelerator (full)
4) car rev to redline (mivec kicked in)
5) shifted from first to second gear
6) car engine died without any response to accelerator
7) shifted to third gear, can feel the gear being connected to the engine
8) headlamp is still on
9) when clutch is stepped on, the "battery flat" light comes out, but when the clutch is released, the "battery flat" light goes off again
10) surprisingly the RPM is pointed to "zero" even when the gear is running
11) car decelerate to a stall and never start again (the car is still in the service lane now)
12) when key turned to "start", nothing happen, only ONE "click" sound from the dash board.

help me please :(

Thanks!
