I have a 4G9 workshop manual on CD somewhere... it's pretty big, i think it takes up 700MB any idears how i could 'share' it?

it covers all 4G9 engine types, including 4G92 normaly asperated, 4G93 GDI and 4G93 MIVEC and the 4G94 Turbo with fittings to Pajero, carisma, galant and space star.

Owwww impressive!other than copy it on to a load of other cds i cnt think how.unless you want to spend money on getting it hosted.or breaking it into smaller parts and upload them.you can upload a max of 12mb here....so now u only need to look elsewhere for another 688mb :)

Have you heard of bit torrents? It's a great way to share big files.

You can create a torrent of your cd and email the link to those that want it.

I'd like a copy thanks. antorshell@clear.net.nz

Sorry for the late reply folks, but i completely forgot about this topic, just concentrated on the pm's. Here's the deal. The manual is big enough for the whole cd, i can't mail it to anyone. i do however have other means of transfering such a large amount of data, so if anyone's interested, send me a pm and i'll tell you (don't want to post that in an open forum, you know the reasons why ;) ). the people who asked for it in this thread will receive a pm with the details, any later takers, do as advised above. :)

Hi Solouku

I found to print from the pdf, I had to prind it as an image.
I was getting a print progress bar and then a "Cannot Print Document" error.
In case anyone hasn't figured it out.....

Using adobe 8
File | Print | advanced | and click the "Print as image" check box| ok.

I am off to dismantle at the weekend!
