hey,

have a 4g63 RVR, which some tool has overheated it and done a HG. ive gotten as far as removing the head bolts, but several of them are very stubborn. i dont wanna round them all off and eliminate all chance of getting them out without resorting to mangling the s hits, so whats everyone's suggestion/experience with removing these PITA.

as they should be replaced anyway you could try mig welding another bolt into the first.between the new head and the heat it may come loose with a breaker bar.I have on occassion had to chisel the heads off the 4d56 engines and vise grip the shaft off later once the head is off.hope you do not need to go there
