standard is a good when you use it right. i was wondering how most people drive (or shift gears) in their cars in cruise and race mode. as for me i drive a

06LancerEs

normal=2500-3000rpm
racedout=5000-5800rpm

i know most cars will shut down at redline somewhere i'd like to know where mine will cut off... thanks

Whatever the dyno says is my peak horsepower. Case in point: Friend's '98 Maxima redlines at 7500 RPM, peak HP is at 6200.

Haha. I know, not everyone has access to a dyno, but I hate when everyone assumes redline = most power.

The 3000GT starts to spit flames when I need to shift...I really really need to fix that.

Usually happens around 6200 rpms, and ill shift around 6500
