Have a 97 shogun GLX but did not come with a manual. It now has a warning light flashing on at the bottom right corner of the main dash. Could do to know what it is, and really the rest of them as well please ??

Probably the immobiliser... Try to disable the immobiliser, and see whether the flashing light disappears. It should also stop flashing once the engine runs (if it is the immobiliser).
