I had to put a different radio in a 2000 Galant. I need the unlock codes if someone can help. I hate to pay the dealer for a simple code. The radio numbers are listed below.

gwo64: E-mail Kris at (krisr6@yahoo.com) and she can get you the code. You must give her all numbers from top of radio. Model#, Serial#. I don't think she can get it for you with just a serial number. Also, make sure you give her the model and year of the car. Good Luck.

Thanks Kris. You were right I gave my friend the 1-866-Mitsu20 number and he received the exact same code. He had a different code written in his owner's manual, but when he tried it he locked the radio. I went over to his house and cleared the lock out, thanks to this forum. He got the code Monday at lunch and was able to clear it. Same code as the one you came up with. Thank you very much for your time.
