Need some help from someone......
Got the wiring diagram for my outlander and it does not make sense. The speaker output from the deck goes to the speaker AND the amplifier. It does not make sense to me, the DIN cable from the headunti should send the sound to the amp, and the speakers should be connected to the amp. The wiring diagram shows the wire going to the amp, and splicing off to the speakers? The only way this could work in my mind is if the headunit disables the wiries when the din cable is connected (thus same wiring harnesses depending on the headunit, or amp).

Does this make sense to anyone???

Outlander Infinity pin out
Speaker Color code connection
R Tweeter Brown/red - Orange/red 5, 6
L Tweeter Orange/black - Brown/black 13, 14
Rear R Speaker Yellow/red - Grey/red 1, 2
Rear L Speaker Green - Yellow 9, 10
Front R Speaker White/red - Black/red 11,12
Front L Speaker 3, 4

As mentioned above.. I tapped off the rear speakers..to feed my alpine and and 10" sub.. left all factory speakrs and amps alone.. just tapped there output..

fading front to back can adjust volume as well as bass.. it's not as good as a seperate sub control.. but it does the job relative well

good luck
