Drives: 1997 Pajero 2.8 TDI
My 1997 Pajero overheats slightly while driving, never into red on instrument pannel. I spend thousands on checking the cooling system - new viscus fan, thermostat, exhaust system, radiator was cleaned and picked, also intercooler radiator. presure tests done. - problem must be heating and not cooling related. Where do I start? Injector tips or diesel pump, or both? How often should this be serviced. My car has 280 000 km on the clock and this was done 80 000 back. Had no major problems ever with this exelant vehicle. Please advice.
