Hey, i have recently purchased a 2004 lancer ralliart and was wondering if anyone has any knowledge of what the best Ecu (electronic control unit) or Ems (electronic management system) make is?

I currently have a Haltech E8 on my car and it works perfectly it is not cheap but then neither is my setup now that I have the turbo on the car and as for driveability goes it is like a stocker but with so much more power and so much fun

there are not many ECU's around but I do believe that haltech here in Australia are actually in the process of finalising there new Miniceptor for our cars this will be a complete plug and play with the ability to be able dyno tune the car or if you are really clever you can tune it via laptop

i had also heard from a friend who know alot about cars and he had said if you do not have a turbo it will do jack sh*t for your car is that true
