I've got a 1991 Colt wth the 1.5 engine and a 4 speed. I want to hook up a Sun tach to it, but there's no coil on this car. How do I hook it up?
Thanks!

Hard to believe no responses to this.... Is the hookup at the ECU? Which wire?

Take a look at this picture. The clip on the intake manifold has two wires coming out of it, the TOP wire is the tach signal wire, splice into it (don't hack it off, the ecu needs it) and that's where you get your signal for an aftermarket tach. An easier way would be to get a tached factory cluster, it swaps right in and works, no wiring needed.
