Hi,
I have a 1990 Pajero Wagon. There has been a squeeking sound coming from the wheels in the past few weeks when I turn full lock similar to the tyres rubbing onto steel. I now have a problem with the steering not turning properly - ie jumping through the wheel turn and being difficult to turn. It seems that the steering is 'giving out'. What should I do?

Sounds like the front wheeels are engaged in 4WD. Try engaging into 4WD low then back out again while reversing. If it is still doing it best to bring into garage to have them assess the problem.
