I admit, I've joined this forum with the sole purpose of exposing the nation's worst Mitsubishi dealer.

Tustin Mitsubishi, and their ownership and management group (specifically sales manager Tim McDonald) are wholly unethical and unprofessional. Doing their part to further stigmatize the entire car industry, this group of management miscreants proves a perfect example of why Mitsubishi, despite making a solid product, can hardly give their cars away.

You would think that, with so much difficulty moving cars, Mitsubishi dealers would work hard to avoid creating such bad faith and ill will among their customers.

Tim McDonald is foul-mouthed, immature, and unprofessional. When he's not busy partaking in profanity-laced tirades against elderly women, he is busy attempting to bully his customers and employees. The man has absolutely no business whatsoever in customer service. Regardless, he is selling cars for Mitsubishi. If you ever find yourself wondering why Mitsubishi struggles to sell cars in America, look no further than the sales managers they choose to employ.

If you're looking for someone to bully you and curse you out, Tustin Mitsubishi is your dealer. If, however, you are looking for fair treatment and respect, you'll have to go elsewhere

The following Orange/LA County dealerships are owned and managed by the same company:

TUSTIN MITSUBISHI
PUENTE HILLS MITSUBISHI
ANAHEIM MITSUBISHI

Tim McDonald is now the general manager at Anaheim Mitsubishi. He behaved exactly as reported by Mitsuhater when I had to deal with him to purchase a vehicle at that location. Sadly, Mitsubishi Motors gave Anaheim Mitsubishi the "2007 Diamond Chapter of Excellence Award" which is rather scary. Lots of shady, deceitful people at that dealership!
