Hello guys,,I have 2002 Airtrek.It has been giving me 'check engine light' permenantly now.It used to take a long time before it went out after every engine start.I have reset the light twice after diagnostic tests.Nothing was replaced.Any ideas? :liebe011:

to erase the eml they should have recorded the fault codes in the ecu memory.it would be beneficial knowing what the fault codes are to assist.one thing to be careful of is the valve clearances as on the outlander the valves tighten with use rather than loosen as most cars.being too tight can cause drivability problems.we deal with this a lot but primarily wih the lpg conversion outlanders.valve adjustment is part of a regular service so make sure it is being done.
