have any idea how to install angel eyes in a 03, 2.0L lancer??? i saw on the streets b4 a 2003 lancer with angel eyes...

i also read bout the forum in another mitsubishi website saying how to D.I.Y paint the headlight housing to black

Nope, it won't melt. If you put it at 275 (degrees F) for 5 minutes. They injection mold it at higher temperatures.

Another pointless mod is blacking out the taillights, which I did. Took 10 minutes and two cans of VHT Nightshades.

really?? cause i look at ebay, blackout housing cost like 100bucks... so if i'm planning to blacking it, i might as well install an angel eyes in it... heheh... get wat i mean?? but it's kinda weird... "put in oven" i juz scare the whole thing become worst(out of shape) aint there other way to remove the water proof glue?

I didn't black out the housing, I blacked out the lense with a transparent black coating. When the taillights are not illuminated the taillight apears black, but when the lights are on, they show right through.

you can be ticketed in most states for obstructing your headlights at all. Make sure you do it correctly as to not obstruct them

to take the head light housing off you can use a heat gun or so i've read i am going to be trying it when i get the money to buy heat gun from lowes and paint...
