I currently have a 3000gt but I can never find parts for it, im thinking about getting a 2nd generation eclipse and especially the gsx because its awd. does anyone have any good or bad things to say about it and would there be a better eclipse than the gsx. I dont want a 3rd generation because my best freind has it and i dont want the exact car and the 1st generation is just to old for me.

hey the gsx is the top of the line when it comes to the eclipse the engine put about 210 horses its awd, everything pw,pl,ac,cd/casset,ect...
the ony problem with the gsx it that the 4g63t engine that comes with the eclipse is well known for its crank walk if at high mileage. i have a 95 gsx and its a head yanker love it to death.the gsx is not hard to find you can find one on ebayor go to dsmtuners.com and go under classified.there several of them and if not in luck just fide an eclipse shell and just buy a jdm engine it will be better doing that then buying a complete one the engine should run about 1400 to 1800. i bought mine as a shell and i saves about 4k $. good luck

yeah you can find a GSX like that, but you're gonna pay out of the ass for it. i want to find somebody who has one but doesnt know that everybody wants one. then you could get it a hell of alot cheaper
