is it possible to buy a evo in usa bring it back and somehow have it modified so its legal?

Since I'm not an expert on the import laws of Canada, or the registering/insuring of vehicle, I can't tell you what the law is.

All I can do is give my opinion.

I doubt there is any way to buy an Evo in the US, register and insure it in the US, but take it back to Canada (if you're a Canadian Citizen). As far as I know, you have to register the car in the Country and state (US residents) you live in, not where you bought it from.

Correct me if I'm wrong.
