I was hoping that there might be some canadian owners on these forums, preferrably on the west coast. I'm looking for some ideas on where we can find parts here.

Hey there!

I just got my 91 Delica through inspection, and insured today! I was driving it on borrowed Alberta plates for 3 weeks. The guy I bought it from kindly allowed me to use his remaining time to get it back to Victoria (home) and get it registered.

Check out delica.ca - there's lots of us west-coasties on the forum. A handful from Vancouver, Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands.

A few of us are organizing to get in touch with one local (Parksville) based diesel mechanic to work on our Delica's when required... and for banding together for parts (filters, plugs, etc.) purchases from abroad and locally sourced parts.
