I own a 2000 Mitsubishi Mirage 4-door DE-Sedan.

I actually have a question about my car stereo which might be a yes or no question, I'm not sure. Well, I'll start off by telling you that I just bought an iPod and a DLO Transdock (see www.dlo.com) which helps me play the music in my iPod through my car radio. The thing is, you have to find a free radio station (i.e - "dead air" station) and set both your car stereo and the Transdock to that station. I have found a station that has a compatible frequency which gives a pretty good sound, but I'm having a hard time finding another station because of my car radio's seek-scan feature.

My question is, how do I manually tune my car radio? Or is this even possible?

yes it's possible to change it manually, sometimes you have to keep pressed the "seek" button and it would change to manual mode or press the "band" button
