5 monitors are not completing test.
Ive googled around possible solution says something about drive cycle and this
Mitsubishi Technical Service Bulletin #TSB-00-13-005
can someone explain whats TSB and how TSB works ?

It's a heads up to let you know of possible problems and how to fix the problem if it can be fixed, sorry I don't know who puts em out.
There have been issues with other Mitsubishi cars not being able to pass and the guy doing smog will either look your problem and may review that Technical Service Bulletin and according to the report fix it or over look the problem because it can't be fixed and you get a free pass. :)

are you suggesting that the next time that i will go for a smog check
i should bring a copy of that TSB and the drive cycle info ?

or should i go to the dealer and show them that TSB and demand them to fix it for free or something ? :grin:
