Hi all:

I am moving to the San Francisco Bay Area in the middle of this year. I have searched for used Mitsubishi cars in the web, and found a few... I don't have a big budget.

However, what bothers me is that there is not a lot of good things people say about Mitsu dealers. Things like dealerships closing down, etc. I may have a great car, but if service is not good, it will be a pain.

What would you suggest? Should I give up looking for a Mitsu? I am looking for a family car for a starter, and I think either the Lancer or the Galant will be a good buy... my current car is also a Lancer.

Thanks

Its not just mitsubishi dealers who are a pain,ALL dealerships from all manufacturers are rogues! What i can never get over is the fact alot of car salesmen dont seem to interested in the actual product but just the sale.Shouldnt dealerships be putting people passionate about cars in these roles instead?

Youve got plenty of legal protection really when it comes to a car,im sure google can help you find your consumer rights when it comes to buying and servicing. And you can always learn to do the basic servicing yourself!
