I have a backfire on me cordia turbo GSR in 2nd and 3rd under hard load can anyone out there help

you might want to check your timing, if this is ok, check for an exhaust leak.
the later will most likely be your culprit, worst case it may be a slightly bent valve,
or a weak valve spring, or ignition module going bad. also check plugs,wires,cap,rotor if these apply
check externaly first. then if you dont find your cause you might have
to go inside the engine....
