The center diff for turbo should be the viscous. It is all time 50/50 in normal conditions. But how much does it change the front/rear ratio and in what conditions?

I have hear something like 30/70 in some occasions. Is it true?

Moast of the times when its not 50-50 its slippery and someone is using the trottle!!
The outy's central diff is able to shift up to 10 % of the power to the axle with maximum traction...
