okay so I've been working on getting my eclipse to run. I lined everything up and now have it in time and the plug wires in the correct location. SO I was turning the engine over and it would turn over fine and then it would kick and just stop and then start to crank again. So I wazs like whatever and I adjusted the CPS and tried again so now a 2 foot fireball shooots out of the throttle body. SO I adjusted it again but before I cranked it again I looked under teh car and there was a puddle of gas. I traced it and it was coming out of where my manifold conects to my exhaust pipe and out of the flex pipe......my question is NOW WHAT?......

your miss firing sounds like you have no spark could be the computer ignition spark wires or spark plugs or your ignition is grounded out.

well pretty sure that I do have spark........I checked it so maybe it is the comp.the previous owner had subs and here's the deal he blew a head gasket....well he took it to the local hack shop in my lil hiicktown......so they fixed it and it ran for like 2 weeks well then it just stopped running. SO this was 2 years ago....well I picked it up for $150 bucks....... perfect cond but it don't run. I know that he had a system in the car..........so could the comp be fried?
