[B]I JUST INSTALLED MY TURBO TIMER ON MY EVO 8 BUT AFTER I LOCK MY DOORS AND THE COUNTDOWN IS DONE THEY UNLOCK. WHAT DID I DO WRONG???

You didn't do anything wrong. Unfortunately, the Lancer (any model) is made so that while the car is running, the doors can't stay locked.
