Drives: 1997 Mitsubishi Lancer GLI 1.5 coupe
Hi all!
I have a 1997 lancer gli 1.5 manual coupe.and recently i changed my engine.after thet few weeks i drove my car perfectly with good speed. but suddnly there was a miss in the engine and my mechanic changed the distributer.after that now there's no throttle in my car.If i want to go 60KMH ineed to change 4 gears.So please help me with this what can i do to repair this.ThankS

sounds like an ignition timing problem. recheck the timing.
