 2003 Outlander Electrical Problem

When I turn on my right turn signal, the fuse blows. When I step on my brake the right turn signal lights comes on along with the dashboard lights (which do not come on unless I press on the brake).

The right rear tail light does not come on (I have not checked the bulb yet as it comes on when I press on the brake).

This just started happening and I am hoping someone can tell me what to look for.
