Hey i own a 2006 Lancer es CH model

Yeh i had a discharged battery and i took it out to charge it and when i replaced the battery i think my cd player reset, but its asking for a "code"

i found the audio instruction booklet and a card which is suppose to have the radio security information.. which happened to not be filled out, claps to the dealer :clap:

but yeh on the plastic packaging it has the number: MN14 4351

also on the book it has the number MR 927976 if thats any help..

but im pretty sure u need the serial code, is that on the actual head unit itself? and do i have to take it out to retrieve the serial number?

I disconnected the ignition switch harness and now have no power to the ignition or the radio on my 2005 endeavor. The radio S/N is 4X155092 B. The model I'm not sure but may be MR576014ZZ. Hope this will help, I gotta go to work tomorrow.

I would have never even known of this issue if it wouldn't have happened! Always start you car every day in cold weather just to let it run for a while! I didn't and that is why I am on the hunt.

YES I GOT THE CODE, yeh by the way kris thankyou for trying to help, but to the point, anyone in australia who kris cant help out just call this number.. 1300 13 12 11 and yeh all they asked for was my car vin number and adress thats about it, and yeh she just gave the code over the phone to easy =)

If you're still helping with codes, I'd really appreciate it!! I just did my first ever removal of the dash and radio. I'm so excited that I actually was able to do it myself that I'm thinking about buying a new radio and maybe hooking up an iPod Dock. In any event, here's the numbers off my current Infinity radio:

Hi,
I have a 2005 Lancer, I've got the radio code by calling the Mitsubishi customer centre but I have problem entering the code. I understand one enters the code by using the first four dials on the radio tuner and finishing with pressing the CD key. This does not seem to work for me, no matter how many times I tried doing this, the radio display keeps displaying the CODE request.
Please help, thanks.
