I have a 97 Montero it came with a 10 disc CD changer new. It was stolen and replaced with a cheap aftermarket. After much looking I located an OEM combo Cassette /Cd unit that is compatable with my Sony 10 disc changer. The auto wrecker looked in the car for the codes no luck. Perhaps you can help.

Ref. No. CQ-LB9610A
Serial No. 96C12537

I've got the Anti-Theft System card in front of me. It has the Code # 6299 the Model RX-366L-F and the Serial No 3X029058. When I put this into my radio, it gave me an Err? I showed the numbers as I put them into the radio, then I pushed the Prog button, then Err. Any thoughts?
