2000EclipseGT so what you're saying is, your 2000 GT is just the fastest thing to grace the Earth?  Bench racing is stupid but here goes anyway - 2000 Eclipse GT goes 0-60 in 6.9 sec and 1/4 mile in 15.3 or so...  2005 STi STOCK goes 0-60 in 4.6 sec and does the 1/4 mile in 13.3 or so...  That's more than a 2 second difference to 60 and a 2 second difference through a quarter mile.  So you're right I guess, who needs a turbo and all wheel drive?

how about you read next time? ok? he said that he has beat every car HE HAS RACED. he didnt say that he could beat every car that was ever made.

and we dont care what you STI will run. what are you doing here anyway? if all you did was come on this site to start **** with members, then you can take yourself back to where you came from

Yesterday our 1st 06' eclipse arrived. It was better on the test drive than previous years with more accel power and better handling. I noticed alot of the minor flaws on the previous years have been corrected on the new eclipse. The model I drove was the gt priced at 24,000. I say it is worth every penny.

Hey guys just ran across the sight. I was looking for a sight dedicated to the eclipse. I bought a 2006 gs 2 days ago. First one sold here in town. I love this car. It's my 2nd eclipse and I look forward to building it as soon as the parts are available.

I test drove a manual GS (5spd) & GT(6spd) a couple of days ago, and I must say... I was quite impressed!! Even the GS was fun and had a nice engine grrrr; while the GT bumped everything up a few notches and had the lovely aluminum floor pedals. Both were very easy, comfortable, and most importantly: FUN! to drive & shift. I've seen this car (live) in just about every exterior color except white... and I must say, in person, without a doubt, Black is the most stunning. It's absolutely gorgeous in black! (good call lethal).

Anyone have a weight on this car (GT version)? Wondering if the have a lower weight like the 2g or sticking around the same weight of the 3g. The car looks hot, love the interior especially the guages. But I have no hope in getting one for about 3years or more.
