dude this is a bass ass car. this eclipse looks like da 2g and 3g and i am definetly gonna buy this eclipse but i am still gonna keep my 2000 eclipse gt because its fast and furious. why does everyone cry about da eclipses not coming with a turbo when they are better off with a v6 engine, some people cant understand that eclipses will no longer come turbocharged and thats good because their better off with a v6 engine. i have a 2000 eclipse gt and it smokes every single car i race and mine is stock so i dont know why everyone wants a turbo eclipse and if they want one then just buy da 2g gsx and stop hating on da 3g and 4g because them v6 eclipses look badazz and they r very fast.

To 2000 eclipse Gt : I also have the same car but turbo is still something very badass, eventhough your car is stock there are other stock imports that could beat you very easily, turbo is still something to have

i'll stick with the first 3gens. 1 is my favorite, followed by 2 then 3. this new one looks like they were really in a hurry for a new body design and tried to throw a 2g and a 350z together.

2000EclipseGT so what you're saying is, your 2000 GT is just the fastest thing to grace the Earth? Bench racing is stupid but here goes anyway - 2000 Eclipse GT goes 0-60 in 6.9 sec and 1/4 mile in 15.3 or so... 2005 STi STOCK goes 0-60 in 4.6 sec and does the 1/4 mile in 13.3 or so... That's more than a 2 second difference to 60 and a 2 second difference through a quarter mile. So you're right I guess, who needs a turbo and all wheel drive?
