have you pulled the radio out and looked for the code on the radio? with that code and your vin# the dealer should be able to give you the code to put into the radio.

If you have the model # then call 407 291 1448 and ask for RIAN and tell him the serial # so that you can get the code for it, if not you have to pull your radio compartment out. on the bottom of it there will be two screws get that out and pull that compartment out then go ahead and look at the model # you should be able to see if just enough to jot it down. good luck. that should do it.

or do what agent said

The proper procedure to reset the radio to show code again is to leave the key on and radio display reading off for 1 hour and it will go blank and then hit the power button and it will say code again. Also I can get your code for free all I need is the serial # and part # off of the radio.

I have the same problem. I had to replace the alternator and now no radio. I bought it used so didn't know about it. Someone told me how to get off the code thing but haven't been able to guess the code. The serial number I have is 12154115E and there is another number M490089 and written across the top is 128. Someone said that might be a part of the code but it doesn't seem to be cause I think I tried all the combinations. Any other ideas??
