An easier way for air conditioning is to open your windows and your sun roof(if you have one) lol

I LOVE open windows , there awsum

Just like my 90 Galant VR-4 and such true JDM models came wiff lesser amenities , such as the GS-R Integra and Type R here have no sunroofs as American Models were added as a luxury , lool , juss makin Joke.

Okies for addin ac as in wiring , yu will need low side and high side pressure connector wiring , , also the wiring for the a/c compresser clutch , , the pressure bypass switch on the high side or compresser. , thermostatic level sensor(for shutting off the compressor when the condensor is chilled to a certain degrees) A/C control head wiff ac module , and most inportant ........

THE ECM , the ecm all these connecters wire into and simmultaniouslly bypass. They make the coolant fans cycle when the compressor cyles on and off and adjust the engines idle etc, as well as other functions that are related to the ac, as well as shotting down the compressor on hard excelleration as not to inhibit power or make the comressser over spin on high load situations.

around here in Nebraska we use a new a/c system called 255. It actually is the latest in air conditioning systems. See the 255 a/c system is composed of 2 windows down at 55 MPH. Advanced research has prooven that it actually burns less fuel than conventional a/c systems and actually has 5 hp on most a/c systems.............

WRONG! Mythbusters busted that myth. Both having the A/c and windows down burn the same amount of gas.

Along this topic... what all is involved in removing the ac from a vehicle? I have a 95 RS with AC. It doesnt work right now and I probably wouldnt ever use it anyway. Would be nice to get extra unused item out from the hood, etc...

Any help???

sorry but i have to say this. yea Mythbusters busted that myth but that link that was sent proving that they did is fine but you have to read it or know some things about cars. A. you can build 1000 engines using exactly the same castings and parts to build them and have them all be different. B. they used 2 different vehicles to bust that myth. if the one for what ever was getting 1/4 mpg less that would make the results bogus because that was their constant. C. they did it on a circle track if for whatever reason one of them drifted 1 foot up the track they actually went farther then the other person so counting laps doesnt work. D. If you actually watched that episode they drained "all" the fuel out of the vehicles and put in "5" gallons. what if they didnt actually get all the fuel out of the tanks and the one actually had more in it?
Bottom line here is that episode had so many things wrong with the way they did things.
If i am driving normally in my 96 gs with the ac on or with it off i can get approx the same fuel mileage on the highway regardless.
