Hello world,

a friend of mine has a 96 (or thereabouts) RVR 2 litre turbo diesel. Recently it developed starting problems - first cold, then eventually hot. A local company here in Ndola, Zambia has all the gear to sort out injectors, rotor head etc, but unfortunately their computer with all the proper data on it was stolen a week or two ago. Therefore I've got no guarantee that what they supply is the Right Thing. Does anyone know of a reliable source for part numbers - the motor is a 4D68 - and the part numbers I'm looking for would be for:
- injectors
- pump rotor head
- timing belt

Thanks to anyone who can point me in the right direction!

I could try and ring mitsubishi for you but they would need the car chasis number.

EIRazur, many thanks, I was looking for a source on the Net. My brother in UK is trying a local Mitsubishi agent, so it looks as if all that information we far-flung fans need will remain inaccessible!
