Hi Everyone!

I have a Colt Invite 1.1 (proud owner bought last week) :) I am very happy with it except for the CD/radio/trip Computer brightness level.

The radio/trip computer display is pretty dim. The manual says that I can adjust the brightness levels.

I followed the instructions and have set the "Brightness +6"

I can barely see any difference if at all from "Brightness 0"

Is the display usually dim or do I have a faulty unit?

Share your thoughts with me

Thnx,

Jackie

Hi

I found the same thing - for daytime use. The brightness setting works for night time use. Try the setup at night with your headlights on - you can see the changes in brightness on the green display as you cycle through the levels.

Hi Jackie,

Hmmm not many people responding to posts here!!

I noticed the same thing. You can tell the difference more on a night, but by day time you can't tell the difference.

At night its very bright ... so I don't think you've a faulty unit.
