Just take it back to the dealer, tell him that its a warranty issue and you want it fixed. Not a great deal they can do... but have it fixed. (provided its still under warranty)

Hello,
what do you mean by cuts out,
does it completely stop, or does it just stop for a second then start again? (shudder)

if it cuts then starts again

It could be 2 things

1: your blow off valve could be leaking
2: your fuel could be surging (my evo 4 did this when I threw it round corners on empty tank) therefore get a surge tank installed. but have heard it can happen even on 1/2 full tanks

Do you have a boost gauge installed? if so whats happening to it when this happens?

let me know some details and I might be able to help.
