I think the message is good but the video is really lame. Not all the car wrecks shown in those pictures were from street racing. I went to marshu.com and looked at some of the stories... and well some didn't mention anything about street racing.
Someone needs to do a "Real" documentary on street racing, and interview real people & family's this has happened to to make more of an impact. Bottom line, street racing can be done wrong, but it also can be done in a controlled way. The proper place is on a track, but this is the Real World and not every one will go to a track.
People are always going to make stupid decisions.... just look at our president.

Street racing is reported to originate prior to the 1930s... but you know when the first street race was..... When the second car was made.
My parents were smart and made me drive a slow POS (AMC Pacer) till I knew how to drive and I could afford to buy a little nicer POS (67 Ford Fairlane, The Fairlane 500 was hardly a frugal beast, slurping 18.1 miles per gallon.) it only had lap belts, that kept me from being brave enough to drive it really fast, and it loved to chow the gas. If you floored it you could watch the gas needle go down pretty fast.
If you want to drive fast go here http://www.finishlineracing.com/

or here

Check this out... I might rent it Inside Story: Street Racing: The Need For Speed DVD

Driving fast is bad m'kay, cars are bad, m'kay and driving cars is bad, m'kay. we shouldn't drive, m'kay, because cars are bad, m'kay.

first off all NO ONE TOLD YOU TO RACE. if you end up killing yourself or someone that you cut off and killed because of your action. your going to live with that till the day you die. Every wonder why insurance is so high for the young adult?? because this like this would happen. If you ever want to race take it to the tracks: road tracks, drag strip etc. in those tracks it is safe control environment.

You race, you killed, you lose and if you want to play you got to pay.

one thing that i learn about people. That is if you tell them to don't do it, they'll do it. If you tell them to do they still do it. Or it goes in to one ear and out the other.

4g623attack is right for the most part no matter how much you advice them they will still keep doing it. the most deaths occur on hwys because two retards want to see who is the fastest no one wins in streets racing when you kill someone. most of the guys that stop this stupid act of street racing stop cause of a near death experience or even worse. :blownose:

Heres another story about a guy who loved street racing and track racing. But the street racing killed a friend of his and hes in jail now i believe for awhile. He said he will totally change his life around and be a motivational speaker.
