So..i'm driving home...pull up to an intersection..look in my mirror..to see a beautiful silver intercoler...I looked up at the chevy sign and thought to myself damn..nice ss...I know i couldnt win...Supercharged 5 speed...Damn..Soo i pull out...keeping my rev's low so he wouldnt get the wrong idea..Cause i dont like to get smoked...I saw he put his left turn signal on..and i was going home so i put my right one on...HE switches signals and follows me..

he looks in amazement..As we go over eachother's car talking about different mods and such...He turns out to be a very nice kid

i came home and RAN to the computer.
went on wikipedia..and looked up his specs...
2.0 I4 210 hp 200 tq...
soo i figure 190 at wheels..
i'm like...115 wheels..if i'm lucky
Anyway..just i'd share a story..

We raced on a complete back road that we BOTH grew up on..
i do not encourage street racing at anyway..but we all know we do it.
He must have been a very very bad driver or it was an SS w/o the SuperCharger or he was mess'n with your head! :)
The torque is soo strong in the Cobalt that it has a traction problem so there is nooo way that you would win unless you are on the bottle or you got a snail!
I wanna get the Cobalt SuperCharged but since traction is so bad I think I'm gonna take a good look at the 350Z next year or a used 06 GT Eclipse.
(I was really waiting to see if Mitsu would bring back the GSX but I doubt if it will happen.)
I had problems passing smog due to my header allowing so much heat to pass through it's screwing with the OB sensor and dumping gas and so I may throw in the towel my eclipse may not be able to be tunned for power and pass smog too.
